We want you to love your Gorman & Co gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please reach out to us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
